Memo: Amendment to the Service Agreement

Subject: Amendment to the current service agreement

Effective October 1, the term of the current service agreement will be extended by one year. A new clause has been added to address late payment, and the condition regarding the notice period has been updated from thirty days to 45 days.

Any party wishing to object to the amendment must submit a written objection within two weeks. If no objection is received, the amendment will be treated as accepted by all parties and cannot be changed until the next review.
